FOUNDER
JORDAN CVITKOVIC
Jordan, a decorated Coach and Football player, is the inspiration and the main man behind the scenes for the Academy. Playing at the best Academy's around as a young Footballer and climbing through the NPL system as a young player Jordan earnt himself a senior debut against Western United which was a invaluable experience.
Already at a young age Jordan has established himself as a NPL level coach. With 4 years under his belt becoming one of the top Miniroos coaches in Melbourne, Jordan's is now transitioning into a head coach role in the NPL space.
Jordan saw the issues of the Football system in Melbourne and at just 18 years of age he took matters into his own hands and launched JCF Academy. Not a drive to financially gain out of the lack of top coaches in the city, it was a drive to give every single family and player access to top level training away from club Football.
HEAD COACH - JAKE JURICA
A decorated Footballer playing at the highest level with Green Gully Jake brings invaluable experience and knowledge to our Academy.
Jake has had stints with Melbourne Victory, the Victorian select squad and TIDC. Not only a decorated player, Jake is a fantastic role model and communicator when it comes to coaching young Footballers.
3+ years of coaching experience with Green Gully, Jake has taken a U8 Wallabies team all the way through to a U11 team playing a year up in the U12s this season.
We will give Jake the platform to make Football his living and we are excited to see how much he can bring to all our players and families.
HEAD COACH - AYDIN STIFFLE
Aydin joins JCFA bringing a bucket load of experience and knowledge to the Academy.
A goalkeeper who has played at the highest level, the Academy finally has a expert when it comes to producing young goalkeepers.
Aydin has played at the highest level of NPL with Moreland City and Brunswick City before he made a brave move to set himself up with trials overseas in Turkey.
Aydin came back with invaluable knowledge and experiences, receiving multiple offers from professional Turkish Academies to sign as a youth team goalkeeper.
Aydin currently coaches at Melbourne Victory and works with a goalkeeping Academy named Evolve as well as previously working for DF Football last season as a goalkeeper coach.
Jordan and Aydin share a special relationship off the pitch from high school days and have coached together in the past as well as playing together on the pitch.
Jordan knows the qualities Aydin will bring to the Academy, not just being a great coach, but most importantly a fantastic human being.

Success Stories
Sebastian Smorhaj
Following his previous season with the Keilor Park Wallabies. Jordan spotted Sebastian's talent and chose him to be a member of the Keilor Park Kangaroos squad, which he coached for the 2024 season. Sebastian was guided by Jordan at Keilor and JCFA all season. Because of his diligence and commitment, Sebastian was chosen by PSG to join their junior academy. PSG is one of the biggest clubs in world Football located in France.
Oscar Watson
After two years being apart of JCFA and being coached by Jordan at club level at both Moreland City Wallabies and Keilor Park Kangaroos, Oscar has climbed all the way from a Wallabies U12 team to a division 1 NPL side. Oscar is a player who represents what JCFA is about and is a role model for all players in the academy. He applied himself in every session and game, now he is reaping the rewards playing in NPL.
Christian Cavarra
After just eight months with JCFA and a season under Jordan's guidance at club level with Keilor Park Kangaroos, Christian made significant progress and secured a position at a division 1 NPL team. Christian sets an excellent example and gives his all during each session, at the start of the season Christian was not even lose to the level of a NPL player. His enormous growth in such a short time was due to his enthusiasm and commitment to going above and beyond.
Saad Haider
Saad, one of the first youngsters Jordan ever coached, made the eight month journey from the same Wallabies squad as Oscar, to the Melbourne City youth academy. Saad is an incredibly talented Football player who excels at having the ball at his feet. With the correct instruction, he was able to improve his positional awareness and ball-striking technique, making him an even greater player. His love of watching and playing football was a major factor in his rapid development.
